Cameron joined Landon at preschool about two weeks ago, and even though it has been a big adjustment for our little guy, Landon, on the other hand, has been bursting with pride having his little brother by his side, and seems to love on him every chance he gets.
"The Lettuce Head" opened up a few months ago and business has been picking up to such a degree that we have had to hire new employees as quickly as we are preparing meals. This of course is a good problem to have in the restaurant industry, but nevertheless a stressful one. The boys enjoy spending time at "mommy's shop" and the lady's love when Paul makes his appearance behind the counter to fill in some extra hours for me. Opening up the restaurant has been such a learning experience, and although it is hard work, we are having a lot of fun with it as well.
We are also very excited to be blessed with another arrival due in August. It's always exciting to feel the first kicks and every pregnancy has been a joy for me, with little to no discomfort, and so also this pregnancy so far. Landon was really happy to know that he'll be having another brother soon.Cameron on the other end, might not be too happy with his spot in the family being bumped a bit, but he is such a loving little man, we doubt he'd mind too much, or at least not for too long.
It has almost been a year since we moved to Raleigh and we are still in awe of how fortunate we are to live here and have such wonderful friends and neighbors.
For now, I hope that the first days and weeks of spring bring as many new and refreshing changes to all our wonderful friends and family's lives as it has to ours here in the McMahon home....till next time
